Block, instantly
Blocking someone takes one tap. It ends the match immediately, removes the conversation from your app, and makes sure Freefall never introduces you to that person again. They aren't told you blocked them.
Report, with follow-through
You can report a match or a message from anywhere in the app — for harassment, impersonation, inappropriate content, or anything else that feels wrong. Every report is reviewed, and accounts that break our guidelines are warned, suspended, or removed.
End a match on your terms
You never need a reason to end a match, and you never have to explain yourself to the other person. Any feedback you leave goes to Freefall privately.
Pause anytime
Need a break from dating? Pause matching in one tap. Your profile stays yours, and nothing happens until you resume.

Privacy protections you don’t have to configure
No public discovery
There is no browse screen, no search, and no feed. Your profile isn't part of an endless public dating catalog. Freefall only shows your profile when you're matched.
Your exact location stays private
Freefall uses your approximate area to find someone reasonably near you. Your match sees a general location — like a city — never your exact position.
One person sees you at a time
Only your current match can see your profile and photos. When a match ends, that access ends with it.
You control your account
You can edit your profile, change your preferences, pause matching, or permanently delete your account — all from inside the app, no emails required.
Meeting in person
- Meet somewhere public for a first date.
- Tell a friend where you’re going and who you’re meeting.
- Arrange your own transportation there and back.
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, it’s okay to leave, block, and report.
