More and more people are staying single. Not all of them want to. The apps are broken. Let’s fix that.
Dating apps don’t work. They could. The technology to introduce two compatible people exists, and the companies that own it are very good at what they do. But they have been corrupted by a simple problem: a match that works is a customer who leaves. So the feed got longer, the paywalls multiplied, and the product was rebuilt to generate profit for the company instead of relationships for you.
Freefall is different. We’re a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit. We don’t rely on algorithms. Real expert matchmakers make every match, one person at a time. We learn from your feedback, we remove bad actors, and we stop sending matches to people who don’t reply. No ads, no subscriptions, nothing to buy.
We started Freefall because loneliness has quietly become an epidemic, and the tools that were supposed to help are making it worse. We think that can be fixed. Not with a smarter algorithm, but with real people, honest incentives, and one good introduction at a time.

When revenue comes from subscriptions, boosts, and ads, the product quietly starts optimizing for frustration. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Freefall has no reason to keep you single and scrolling.

An algorithm tuned for engagement will never be tuned for you. Every Freefall match is made by a real expert matchmaker who has read your profile and learned from your feedback.
